The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with older adults and understands that senior fitness is about much more than exercise. We are looking for someone who can make participants feel safe, included, encouraged, and excited to return to the next class.

You should be patient, energetic, dependable, professional, and comfortable adapting activities to the abilities of individual participants.
