Description: Make an impact doing what you love by helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

We're looking for an energetic and caring individual who is eager to learn and wants to build a long-term career in coaching. This position is designed to begin part-time (approximately 8–12 hours per week) while you learn our systems and coaching philosophy, with the goal of growing into a full-time coaching position over the next 6–12 months.

If you're an Exercise Science graduate who loves helping people, or someone changing careers with a love of exercise, and want mentorship to become an elite coach, we'd love to meet you.


Candidate Qualities: Beyond years of experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude. An ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic, enjoys helping others, and has a passion for continuous self-improvement. This position is ideal for those interested in pursuing a career in the health and wellness field and want to grow into a leadership role over time.


Responsibilities:

·      Coach 1-1 personal training, youth athlete, and adult small-group training sessions at various times throughout the day

·      Build genuine relationships with members and create an outstanding client experience.

·      Teach proper exercise technique while maintaining a safe, motivating environment.

·      Help clients stay accountable and celebrate their progress.

·      Learn and implement the Revolution Sports Club coaching system.

·      Assist with onboarding new clients and conducting fitness assessments.

·      Maintain a clean, organized training environment.

·      Continue developing professionally through mentorship, feedback, and education.

·      Manage the client schedule to maintain consistency & accountability

·      Acquire testimonials and media, capturing the exciting changes you’ve made in your clients.


Work Schedule: Starting part-time (8-12 hours) with growth opportunity into full-time over 6-12 months based on performance and client growth.


Compensation: $20-$30 per hour
