Job description

Burn Boot Camp Rochester (South and North locations) is looking for top trainers to work with our incredible team and serve our amazing members. As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels. Burn Boot Camp trainers must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and showing them what they’re capable of.


SCHEDULE:

PART TIME AVAILABLE!

-AM (4:00am to 10:30am) and/or

-PM (3:30pm to 7:30pm)

-Rotating Saturdays AM (6:30am-10:30am)

Expected hours: 15-20 hours per week


POSITION:

-Burn Boot Camp trainers focus on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT) training, all creating an inviting environment of support that exceeds member expectations.

-Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise technique

-Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels

-Provide goals, fitness and nutrition guidance to members in one-on-one meetings

-Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings and required educational presentations

-Use social media daily to keep members engaged and promote brand as directed by the Lead Trainer

-Engage with potential members to promote and sell memberships

-Experienced Certified Personal Trainer. Must hold current fitness certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT (NCCA Certified) or a completed degree in an exercise science related field.

-Group Fitness knowledge and experience. Non-NCCA Certified Group Fitness instructors are encouraged to apply. On the job training and pathways to certification are provided by Burn Boot Camp.

-Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills

-Current CPR/AED certification
