The Group Exercise Schedule is based on popular times and not only the instructor's availability.

The Class Schedule normally has some early morning 5:30am cycling, mid-morning 9am/10am classes, and high-energy 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm classes.

Instructors are encouraged to focus on "growing class attendance".

Maxx Fitness likes to hire instructors who are committed to the club and make Maxx their home.

Maxx prefers instructors who teach more than one class per week and encourages 2-3 classes each.

Instructors are asked to find subs if they need to take a day off.
