Compensation: Starting at $42-$60 per hour

  • PRN/On-Call shifts available

What You'll Do
  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management

  • Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence

  • Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner

What We're Looking For
  • Licensed in Louisiana or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure

  • Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

  • Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
