Pay: $36.00–$49.16/hour
Gross Pay: $432.00–$589.92 per 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime paid in accordance with applicable law)

The incumbent functions as a member of the Cardiovascular Service line supporting Noninvasive Cardiology in alignment with Prime Healthcare’s mission and values. Incumbent performs a range of cardiovascular procedures under limited supervision and is responsible for helping to develop and implement care plans and education to assure the smooth, efficient flow of both inpatients and outpatients as care is provided across the spectrum of Cardiovascular Service line and the hospital.  Duties include, but are not limited to, appropriate oversight and management of patient handoffs, administration of medications and monitoring of patients during a variety of cardiovascular tests and exercise programs including but not limited to stress testing, ekg testing, and heart monitor applications.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.     Current and valid state RN License.

2.     Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

3.     Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire. 

4.     Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

5.     Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

6.     Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
