What is an exercise science student?

Exercise Science Students are individuals enrolled in academic programs focused on the study of human movement, physical activity, and the physiological responses to exercise. They learn about topics such as anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, and exercise physiology to understand how the body works during physical activity. These students often pursue careers in fitness training, rehabilitation, coaching, or further education in allied health fields like physical therapy or sports medicine.
