This variety of responsibilities provides a comprehensive introduction to the fitness industry and helps you develop practical skills for future roles.

An Exercise Internship is a supervised, practical learning experience for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in exercise science, kinesiology, or related fields. Interns typically work in settings such as fitness centers, rehabilitation clinics, or sports teams, where they assist with exercise programming, client assessments, and wellness education. The internship provides hands-on experience and helps build skills necessary for future employment in the health and fitness industry. It may also be a requirement for graduation or professional certification.
