The Role of a Certified Exercise Coach:
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day-to-day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety! Some of the things you would do in a regular week might look like this:
  • Conducting initial consultations
  • Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
  • Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
  • Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
  • Measure success by tracking studio metrics

  • Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
  • Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients.
