You will work on high-impact projects supporting nationwide LTE and 5G network expansion , while providing technical guidance to junior engineers. Let's build what's next Responsibilities Lead RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for wireless networks. Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis . Develop and implement strategies to improve coverage, throughput, and network reliability . Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network performance issues. Evaluate new technologies such as Massive MIMO, beamforming, and advanced antenna systems . Collaborate with RAN engineering, transport, and field deployment teams. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior RF engineers. Support spectrum planning and advanced network performance analysis.
