Job description

Radiology Technologist

As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for Cath lab duties to include scrubbing procedure cases, monitoring, and circulating.

Essential Functions of the Role:
  • Perform specialized procedures; including peripheral vascular, interventional radiology, and coronary interventional and diagnostic angiography procedures using digital and conventional techniques.
  • Operate radiologic, IVUS, atherectomy, and US equipment.
  • Use radiation safety measures and protection devices for government regulations and patient safety.
  • Review for clarity developed x-rays for diagnostic purposes and physician interpretation.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Cath Lab or Procedural Lab experience preferred
  • Radiology Technologist license
Perks:

Work Environment

This position is a procedural position in the surgery center/cath lab.

Physical Requirements

This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
