Modern PURAIR® is North America’s fastest-growing indoor air quality company. We help homeowners and businesses breathe cleaner air through professional duct cleaning and indoor air quality solutions—delivered with a 5-star customer experience.

We’re hiring Air Quality Technicians based in North Houston, Texas. No prior experience required—we provide full training for the right candidates.
You’ll serve customers across North Houston and surrounding areas.

Highlights

  • Competitive compensation for the right candidate: base pay + commission + profit share

Why This Role Is Different

Not your average technical service delivery and sales opportunity. This role is for practical, hands-on people who like solving real problems and working directly with customers. You’ll deliver a professional in-home service, diagnose what’s happening, and recommend and deliver solutions that genuinely help—no gimmicks, no pressure. If you enjoy learning valuable skills, earning based on performance, and taking pride in 5-star reviews, you’ll fit right in here.

What You’ll Do (Technical Service Delivery + Sales)

  • Arrive on time, prepared, and professional at customer homes and job sites
  • Perform indoor air quality services (duct cleaning and related solutions) using company training, procedures, and safety standards
  • Inspect and identify common IAQ issues; explain findings clearly in plain language
  • Present options and pricing transparently; recommend what’s right for the customer
  • Close work ethically and confidently—help customers choose the best solution for their needs
  • Document the job, collect payment, and drive 5-star reviews
  • Work independently in the field while staying aligned with your team

What You Bring

  • Reliable, accountable, and motivated to achieve goals
  • Friendly, confident communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and takes pride in doing the job right
  • Hands-on mindset; enjoys variety rather than sitting at a desk
  • Comfortable occasionally using ladders and working in tight spaces when needed

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • NADCA certification
  • Experience with basic hand tools or HVAC

Application Process
