About the Role:

The Machine Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing equipment during the second shift. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products that meet company standards. The operator will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain a safe working environment and consistent product output. Minimum Qualifications:
