Machine Operator

Pay Range: $19 – $20/hr
Location: Loveland, CO
Shift: M-F: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Machine Operator:

  • Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
  • Inspect materials and products to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure operations meet standards.
  • Accurately enter information into production systems.
  • Follow assigned work schedules, production sequences, and goals.
  • Ensure work area complies with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Follow all safety, conduct, and attendance rules (PPE mandatory).

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Machine Operator:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with strong work ethic.
  • Physically capable to stand for several hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working near moving/heated equipment and moderate noise levels.
  • Willing to wear required PPE at all times.
