Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
  • 5-7 years experience mining data as a data analyst or business data analyst
  • Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Strong Google Big query,SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
  • 5+ years experience using reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Working experience with transactional data sets
  • Previous experience in ecommerce analytics or similar function with heavy focus on data analysis
  • Must have executive level power point creation experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic reports, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
