Job description

ISEE is seeking a detail-oriented vehicle integration engineer.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Integrate ISEE's self-driving kit (consisting of sensors, actuators, ECUs, networking and communication devices, power delivery etc.) into a base vehicle platform
  • Maintain integration design documentation
  • Be the “first responder” for vehicle issues
  • Triage vehicle issues hands-on, determine root cause and resolve
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in diagnosing automotive bus systems and working on vehicles (disassembling and assembling parts of the vehicle) and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas
  • 5+ Years of Experience in the relevant industry
  • Bachelor in Engineering field (Automotive, electric, IT, or similar) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with diverse automotive sensors incl. GPS, cameras, and LiDAR and automotive communication protocols such as CAN
  • Passionate about self-driving vehicles and robotics
  • Experience with state-of-the-art automotive bus analyzing tools (e.g. Vector CANoe/CANalyzer)
  • Exposure to Matlab/Simulink tooling and Linux
  • Worked with latest sensor technology for autonomous driving platforms incl. sensor calibrations
