In this role, you will impact Honeywell's ability to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that improve productivity and customer satisfaction, while advancing your technical skills and career growth within a dynamic and supportive environment.

At Honeywell, our people leaders play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture

Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition. As a trusted partner, we provide actionable solutions and innovation through our Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments - powered by our Honeywell Forge software - that help make the world smarter, safer and more sustainable.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 4+ years of experience in software business development, with a strong understanding of customer success management and software engineering principles and lifecycle.

Customer Success

  • Owns account health and churn/retention, defines and defends a health score (L3)
  • Runs a QBR a GM would sit through, leads with the recommendation (L3)
  • Ties usage to business outcomes, spots expansion and risk signals (L2-L3)

Data Analysis

  • Frames a vague business question into a specific, answerable one (L3)
  • Cohorts, retention curves, churn rates; knows correlation is not causation (L2-L3)
  • One clear chart per point, narrative first, no dashboard dumps (L3)
  • Python/pandas for messy data outside SQL (L2)

Database

  • SQL: joins, CTEs, window functions, by hand, no tutorial (L3, non-negotiable)
  • Reads an ERD, spots a bad grain, understands normalization vs star schema (L2-L3)
  • Works in a cloud warehouse (Snowflake or equivalent), treats data quality as a real problem (L2-L3)

Integration layer (weight this heaviest)

  • Signal to query: "this customer seems disengaged" becomes a telemetry query (L3)
  • Finds and explains CRM vs platform reconciliation gaps (L3)
  • Goes from raw data to exec-ready recommendation in one motion (L3)
  • Speaks CSM, analyst, and engineer without losing any audience (L3)

WE VALUE

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
