Job description

Coleman Health Services is a not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs. Our mission is to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are headquartered in Kent, Ohio, and provide services in 58 counties throughout the state. We seek an Executive Treasury Assistant to support the administrative needs of the CFO and Controller, as well as manage treasury functions. This position based out of our Kent office Monday through Friday.

This position works collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to perform a variety of administrative and treasury duties in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are required. Someone with a banking platform background and experience with treasury management would be an asset to the position. This position may include other duties as needed, including accounting tasks, expense processing, bookkeeping, etc.

While this list is not all-inclusive, duties include supporting the daily operations of the CFO, Accountants, and Fiscal department in general through administrative support (mailings, correspondence, customer service, scheduling, etc.); liaising with banks and financial institutions; gathering data and disseminating financial reports; preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes; tracking cash in- and out-flows; reviewing monthly account reconciliations; and helping with special projects.

What Qualifications will you need to be successful as the Executive Treasury Assistant?
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting
  • Five years' experience working in a corporate environment at a senior level
  • Able to work on multiple projects in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Collaborate with confidence to effectively interact with Managers and employees
  • Proficient with various computer programs, including MS Office Suite and web-based applications
  • Self-starter
  • Able to type at least 55 WPM
  • Able to work flexible hours as needed and attend applicable evening meetings
