Job description

Brush Country Studios in Cypress Tx, is looking for on outdoor enthusiast who is very organized, great with managing a lot of different tasks and has on eye for design.

Brush Country Studios is a Taxidermy shop that specializes in unique custom pieces of taxidermy, they work with their sister company Prairie Mountain Wildlife Studios who builds large hunting Trophy Rooms and Dioramas. Brush Country Studios is much more than the average taxidermy shop they, along with Prairie Mountain Wildlife Studios, have created on amazing niche in the hunting world offering extremely state of the art hunting lodges by creating detailed 3d Rendurings showing every detail of each project this allows the clients to be as creative and involved in the design as they want before braking ground on the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and organizing Project Plans/ Mood Boards
  • Manage the presidents Calendar, priorities, and daily schedule to ensure time is used effectively
  • coordinate meetings: agendas, attendee confirmations, meeting materials, note-taking, and follow-ups
  • Serve as gatekeeper for communications (calls, emails, requests) escalating urgent items appropriately
  • Draft, proofread, and format professional emails, letters, memos and internal communications
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing system for contracts, proposals, quotes, invoices and key documents.
  • Track action items assigned by the president; follow up with owners to ensure completion by deadlines
  • Assisting Admins
  • Compiling and planning Marketing Material

Company Description

Chris and Felicia Cammack started their first taxidermy shop, Prairie Mountain Wildlife Studios, in SD, the company has rapidly grown and in 2015 they purchased Brush Country Studios, A taxidermy shop in Cypress Tx. Brush Country Studios has been in business for over 30 years and in the last 8yrs has more than doubled in size. Chris did all the taxidermy for many years and as the business grew he has moved into focusing on the big picture of designing amazing trophy rooms, with Prairie Mountain Wildlife doing the dioramas and Designs and Brush Country Studios doing the custom taxidermy they are able to create amazing Trophy Rooms . Together they have worked towards making one of the biggest taxidermy shops in the US, and have enjoyed the challenges of making that dream come true.
