Job description

FOX21-KXRM/SOCO CW-KXTU is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and showcase the power of television and digital advertising. What You'll Do:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients through strategic outreach and cold-calling efforts.
  • Revenue Growth: Create and execute plans to exceed sales goals across both television and digital platforms.
  • Client Relationships: Build lasting, trust-based relationships within the local business community.
  • Customized Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored presentations that highlight the value of our advertising solutions.
  • Advertising Strategy: Educate clients on the effectiveness of TV and digital marketing, crafting solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Seamless Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and placement of advertising campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with clients and creative teams to produce high-impact ads that deliver measurable results.

What You Bring:
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, or equivalent upper-level coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales systems (bonus points for knowledge of Comscore, Nielsen, or Wide Orbit).
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing agency business is a plus but not required
