Job description

It Starts With Our Employees

FourLeaf's ultimate goal is to provide the best-in-class member and employee experience, and it all begins with two things: hiring incredible people and giving them a great place to work.

What You’ll Do

The FVP, FourLeaf Financial Group serves as the key executive leader of FourLeaf Financial Group. This person leads the growth, performance, and talent development of FourLeaf Financial Group’s investment sales program and is responsible for the compliance and operational soundness of the business. This role is responsible for creating and executing the program’s sales and growth strategy, driving advisor productivity, recruitment to program head count expectations and cultivating a highperformance sales culture that delivers exceptional value to members. This leader partners closely with FourLeaf leadership, LPL Financial, and crossfunctional business units to expand the program’s reach, strengthen advisor capabilities, and ensure sustainable longterm growth.

Core Contributions

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that drives advisor head count growth, production growth, enhances member engagement, expands product penetration, and ensures the investment program meets or exceeds revenue targets. Establish sales expectations, performance metrics, accountability models, and activity standards for financial advisors and sales support teams.
  • Drive proactive advisor recruiting efforts by building a targeted pipeline of experienced advisors and newtoindustry talent. In collaboration with HR, oversee candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals, cultural expectations, and regulatory requirements. Establish and manage a structured onboarding framework that accelerates advisor integration and early productivity.
  • Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to advisors, emphasizing advanced sales techniques, practice management, bookbuilding strategies, business planning, prospecting, and member relationship deepening. Develop individualized performance improvement plans and longterm development pathways to support advisor success.
  • Identify advisor book acquisition opportunities and provide financial analysis to executive leadership to facilitate purchases by FourLeaf.
  • Strengthen crossfunctional collaboration with retail banking, marketing, community engagement, and other business units to drive referral activity and create a cohesive member experience. Partner with Compliance to ensure sales practices align with regulatory expectations, program policies, and LPL guidance.
  • Oversee sales reporting, KPI tracking, production analytics, forecasting, and advisor production tracking. Analyze performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide senior leadership with insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and program optimization.

Assets You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • 15 Years experience within financial services, with a strong background in investment program sales leadership, advisor management, or wealth management recruiting.
  • Certifications:  FINRA Series 7/63/24 Life Accident and Health Insurance License.
    • States Certified: NY, NJ, FL, PA
  • Computer Skills: PC, Windows, Internet proficient and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Estimated salary for this role is $180,00.00 to $220,000.00 annually. (FourLeaf Federal Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; voluntary benefit programs; a 401(k) plan with employer match; reimbursement and wellness programs; and an annual performance-based bonus.)

What Sets Us Apart?

In addition to our comprehensive benefits, we invest in employee connection and well-being through:

  • Competitive 401(k)
  • Tuition and fitness reimbursement programs
  • Flexible work options
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Executive “Water Cooler Chats”
  • Clubs, sports, and social events
  • Food truck days

….and more!
