Join our dynamic team at HUB International as a Account Associate, Executive Risk in our Financial Institutions division within the Complex Risks Department. This role is a perfect fit for an emerging professional passionate about the intricacies of property and casualty insurance in the complex world of financial institutions. You will work closely with senior team members, including the Vice President, to provide exceptional support and innovative solutions to our clients. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement and Support:

  • Actively engage with clients from various financial institutions, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on risk management strategies.

Account and Policy Management:

  • Assist in managing accounts for financial institutions, focusing on complex risks.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other insurance-specific tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support financial aspects of account management, including premium calculations and receivables tracking.

Market Analysis and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of market trends and emerging risks in the financial sector to provide informed support to the team.

What You'll Need for Success

  • A Valid RIBO License or ability to obtain in short order

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance broker management systems (EPIC).

The expected salary range for this position is$53,000 to $63,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience andworking location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
