This position offers a combination of hands-on hardware work, troubleshooting, manufacturing support, and cross-functional engineering collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Support the production, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced RF and microwave assemblies and subsystems.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions to manufacturing and integration challenges.
Perform hands-on hardware evaluation, testing, and failure analysis.
Investigate production-related issues and drive corrective actions to improve product performance and reliability.
Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, manufacturing, and design engineering teams.
Support product lifecycle activities, including design verification, integration, production testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
