This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements tailored to both clients' and therapists' needs. As a member of our supportive outpatient team, you will coordinate with colleagues in various therapeutic roles, ensuring a seamless integration of care for our clients while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet client-specific needs.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and personal development.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that incorporate clear goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary to respond to clients' growth and feedback.
• As part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure integrated care across settings.
• Provide timely crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans to navigate immediate client needs effectively.
• Accurately document all client interactions and progress notes following ethical and legal standards to maintain compliance and facilitate effective communication.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic journey for clients.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, facing a variety of mental health challenges. This diverse clientele represents a range of ages, backgrounds, and experiences, making your role crucial in addressing their unique needs and empowering them towards healthier relationships and emotional stability.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, showcasing relevant therapeutic skills and approaches.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
