Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Progress Counseling Group

Location: Coral Springs, FL

Progress Counseling Group (PCG) offers therapists the opportunity to see clients in-office on their own schedule without the stress of running a private practice. We provide the space, support, and systems you need so you can focus on helping clients, not paperwork.

With offices in Florida and North Carolina and a growing telehealth presence, PCG is a collaborative, provider-focused community where clinicians can thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services in our office (with optional telehealth).

  • Build supportive relationships with clients experiencing mental or emotional challenges.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy, including recovery and prevention-focused care.

  • Develop and update treatment plans while maintaining timely documentation.

  • Collaborate with other providers and referral agencies to support client success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Valid and active license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent).

  • Experience in mental health counseling or related settings preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Motivated, independent, and collaborative clinicians.
