As a Sales Executivewith HUB, you will prospect and producenew businessderived from yourexternaland internalreferral sources.Our Sales Executives work directly with clients,and oursupportteamsto grow aprofitablebook of business, with an emphasis on clientretention,andsuperb customerservice.
Job Duties Include:
Utilize a 'hunters' mentality to uncovernew salesopportunities
Create andmaintaina pipeline of future idealclients
Consistently achieve and exceed identified salesgoals
Focus on writing comprehensive insurance plans, not just monolinepolicies
Identifyniche(s) and execute strategies to become a subject matterexpert
Capable of delivering a value proposition that sets yourself apart from thecompetition
Drive organic growth throughpartnerships withinternal and external referralsources
Establish andmaintainstrong relationships with HUB teamsand external businesspartners
Be an active participantinteammeetings and ongoinglearninginitiatives
Be visiblein your community, andparticipateinlocalorganizations
Pursue professional designations and on-going, industry specific,education
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish) speaker is highlypreferred
Self-motivatedwith a desireto achieve a greater level ofsuccess
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed salesgoals
Attention-to-detailand professionalappearance
Excellent oral and written communication skills,withtheability todeliver andreceive complex information, and respondappropriately
Ability to understand and analyze sophisticated coverage options and policy forms.
College education, or equivalent sales andprofessionalexperience
Active Property & Casualty/Life & Healthlicense, or ability to obtain within30 daysofhire
