Part-time flex scheduling is ideal for College Students

Greetings,

This will seem like a very professional position on paper, but the reality is that this is a dynamic, fun position, which you will be overpaid to do. It should be fun and will be very flexible as to your schedule. It is an ideal position for college students or persons wishing to work part-time and gain some additional income and experience. This is a very laid-back environment. You will work with other office admins and assistants as part of a team. It is a bonus if you are affable and entertaining. A common day will include errands, assistance with projects, organization, and communication with outside clients and associates. The pay starts between $25-35 per hour, depending on skill set, plus high potential for bonuses (which will be fully explained during an interview). We offer a lunch stipend each day you work, along with many other perks.

Some travel with the team is part of this job, but mainly short trips, and you will have advanced notice. We are an inclusive and supportive group, and want the right person to join the team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of executive-level activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders
  • Coordinate communications, including drafting correspondence, emails, and memos
  • Arrange logistics for conferences and special events
  • Maintain confidential files and records with a high degree of discretion
  • Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested by leadership
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Provide general office management support and assist with special projects

Qualifications
