Business Analyst For Walmart Pickup

Questions to assist with supplier sourcing:

What are the top 3 skills needed/required?

SQL (mandatory), Tableau (mandatory), Python (nice to have)

What skills and/or experience would separate the top candidate?

Hands on experience with SQL, Tableau, XFN experience, stakeholder management, ads domain expertise

What will this person’s day-to-day responsibilities be?

Multichannel… Insights position: all of the above, and ability to generate insights from the data, build PowerPoint presentations, interact with both internal and external teams

These new candidates would report to me and be part of a team with few other analysts in the team who will help them onboard/train and then guide them as they understand the business and D2D responsibilities. These new candidates are being hired for an IC role
