Position Overview

Seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of executive-level functions, with a particular focus on the telecommunications and asset recovery industries. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information with discretion, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and stay informed on trends, developments, and challenges within the telecommunications industry to support executive decision-making.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support activities related to asset recovery and maintain organized records, documentation, and files.
  • Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Anticipate issues, identify solutions, and take initiative to resolve challenges independently.
  • Maintain financial and administrative records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related accounting support tasks.
  • Conduct online research and quickly learn new tools, systems, databases, and websites as needed.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, both by phone and in person.
  • Represent the CEO and the company with professionalism, sound judgment, and a positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role required.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
  • Accounting experience, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and online resources.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, including filing, recordkeeping, email management, and document control.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
