UCT is looking for a talented Account Executive to join us!
The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned semiconductor customers by understanding their technical and business needs, positioning company products and services, and driving revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to deliver strong customer engagement, accurate forecasting, and effective execution of commercial opportunities. The Account Executive supports strategic account development and ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships and serve as the primary commercial point of contact.
  • Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term customer engagement strategies.
  • Understand customer technical requirements, product usage, and roadmap needs; collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on order management, delivery schedules, pricing updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data including pipeline opportunities, activities, and forecast updates.
  • Support negotiations and contract discussions within defined guidelines.
  • Engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure customer needs are communicated and aligned.
  • Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning.
  • Participate in business reviews, customer meetings, and industry events as required.
  • Track performance metrics and support continuous improvement of sales processes.
  • Assist in resolving escalations related to delivery, quality, or service.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and feedback loops to inform product and business strategy.
