What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory
  • Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
  • Execute consistent outbound activity (calls, outreach, networking, partnerships, and follow-ups) to build a pipeline
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Manage a high velocity sales process with small and mid-size businesses (1-2 call closes)
  • Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $70,000.00 annually + commission. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
