About the role

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and co-founder. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of a fast-growing company. You'll keep our executives operating at their best and have a front-row seat to how a venture-backed startup gets built.

We work hard, move quickly, and have a lot of fun doing it. The right candidate brings excellent judgment, discretion, and poise under pressure, and wants to grow with the company.

This position is based in Seattle and is in person. The office is located in the U District, a few blocks from University Way.

What you'll do

  • Own executive calendars and scheduling, protecting time for what matters most.

  • Manage executive communications, prioritizing what needs attention and keeping response times fast.

  • Plan and book all executive travel.

  • Plan company offsites, team events, and conference logistics.

  • Keep company files and internal documentation organized.
