Your Security. Our Mission. Worldwide.
Global Secure 3 is an international security and risk management firm headquartered in San Francisco, with strategic resources in financial centers around the globe. We work with clients across technology, finance, healthcare, and retail to mitigate risk, protect personnel, and create the conditions for business to move forward without disruption.

Assignments span residential security, corporate site coverage, travel escort, and event protection across Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles. Every engagement is unique, and our agents are expected to know the parameters, risks, and contingency plans for each one.
What stays constant is the standard: discreet, intelligence-driven protection that safeguards the principal's safety, privacy, and productivity.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide protective coverage for assigned principals across residential, corporate, and travel environments
  • Conduct advance work, including route reconnaissance, venue assessments, and contingency planning
  • Monitor and assess threats and concerning behaviors that may impact the principal's safety
  • Operate as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside protective intelligence analysts, law enforcement liaisons, and corporate security partners
  • Maintain situational awareness and apply de-escalation strategies in dynamic environments
  • Prepare daily activity and incident reports in accordance with GS3 standards

* Uphold strict confidentiality and client privacy expectations at all times
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Executive Protection, corporate security, law enforcement, military, or comparable protective operations

  • Valid California Guard Card and driver's license (GS3 California PPO #121446)
  • Active California Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permit
  • Strong understanding of protective intelligence, situational awareness, and behavioral threat indicators
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion
  • De-escalation training (provided upon hire if not currently certified)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to support assignments across Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals, and high-profile clients
  • Working knowledge of threat assessment and behavioral analysis
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
  • Established relationships with Southern California law enforcement or corporate security teams

Benefits
Compensation
  • Starting at $40 per hour, with higher rates available based on client, assignment scope, and experience.
  • Sick leave accrual in accordance with California law (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)
  • Paid training and ongoing recertification in de-escalation and Executive Protection standards

Why GS3
  • Join a firm where every agent represents the professionalism and presentation our clients expect
