Job description

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead strategic video production initiatives supporting the U.S. Department of State. This role oversees creative direction, editorial quality, stakeholder collaboration, and multimedia storytelling while ensuring content aligns with Department messaging and digital engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning for digital video productions.
  • Review scripts, creative concepts, and final deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders and production teams.
  • Ensure editorial excellence and journalistic integrity.
  • Track production performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on professional video production equipment and workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in digital video production, including executive production leadership.
  • Experience managing video production teams and developing strategic digital content.
  • Strong editorial judgment and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and modern digital production workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal agencies or public affairs organizations.

Work Location
