$49,763.00 - $69,668.00The Scheduling and Patient Services Lead serves as a vital administrative bridge within the Department of Pathology, providing high-level executive support for the Department Chair's Office while providing targeted administrative support to the Pathology Residency Coordinator. Success in this position requires managing a broad range of administrative duties within a dynamic academic healthcare environment.

  • Communicate professionally and timely with all parties, including providers, patients, clinical care team, and insurance company
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately to team members

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Preferred 2-3 years office experience or one year of related experience in a medical practice
