Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Territory Head of Sales to lead Represent's commercial growth across the United States. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, equally comfortable building relationships at the most senior level as they are rolling up their sleeves when the business requires it.

You'll bring deep knowledge of and genuine passion for the Represent brand, a sharp commercial acumen, and the entrepreneurial mindset to build and scale in an environment where infrastructure is still evolving. Highly organised, cross-functional by nature, and confident operating with credibility at every level, you'll take full ownership of the US market and drive results that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the US wholesale sales strategy in alignment with Represent’s global wholesale direction.

• Own and grow relationships with the major US department store accounts ; Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus, at the most senior buyer and DMM level.

• Achieve growth and hit revenue targets in-line with agreed strategic plans, carrying full P&L accountability for the US wholesale channel.

• Lead the seasonal sell-in process - presentations, assortment planning, door strategy, and order confirmation, for all major accounts.

• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

• Monitor weekly sell-through data across key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and devise strategies tailored to each account’s needs.

• Manage the transition from the existing third-party agency to a fully in-house model, ensuring continuity and zero disruption to account relationships.

• Identify emerging market opportunities and shifts while remaining fully aware of new product developments, trends, and competitive activity.

• Work closely cross-functionally with across US and UK offices to ensure product is delivered in line with planned launches and activations.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven ability to drive the wholesale sales process from strategic plan to closed order.

  • Established senior-level relationships with buyers and DMMs at Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus.

  • Direct report management and team-building experience.

  • Strong business sense and deep industry expertise in premium or elevated menswear.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to territory management, sell-through, and forecasting.

  • Outstanding attention to detail across account management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with impeccable follow through.

  • 8–10+ years in premium, luxury, or elevated streetwear wholesale

  • Experience managing an agency-to-in-house sales transition.

  • Knowledge and passion for responsible and sustainable business practices.
