Job description

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Workforce Identity Analyst to join their IAM team. This role emphasizes SailPoint IIQ (8.x), identity lifecycle management, and governance controls.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) via SailPoint IIQ.
  • Lead/support access certification campaigns, entitlement remediation, and nested group issues.
  • Configure SailPoint connectors for provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Develop/configure SailPoint modules (audit, compliance, lifecycle, service account).
  • Design, test, and troubleshoot custom connectors.
  • Build IAM dashboards/reports and support internal/external audits (FFIEC, PCI, SOC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Provide training/guidance on IAM best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ 8.4 architecture, components, and DB interactions.
  • Expertise with schema objects (Identity, Entitlement, Role, Task Result, Audit, etc.).
  • Familiarity with IIQ DB cleanup, archival tasks, performance tuning, and certification job optimization.
  • Awareness of upgrade/patching impacts on DB schema.
  • Able to troubleshoot JDBC connectivity and app server logs (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss).
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) to analyze/fix data inconsistencies.
  • 4+ years in cybersecurity.
  • 3+ years implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations.
  • 3+ years IAM experience (JavaScript/NetBeans a plus).
  • Experience with Mainframe, AIX/Unix, Windows, and Active Directory.
Desired:
  • Financial services industry background.
  • Certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar.
  • REST API experience.
