Job description

WORK OPTION: In Office

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Gaming Product & Creator Programs for the gaming team at NBA Take-Two Media. You own gaming product, which means inventing the competitions, formats, and experiences our fans want to play in and watch. This is not another bracket where five players run 2K. We build creative ways for players, creators, and audiences to compete together, and you are the person who comes up with them.

You also own the Creator League product end to end, design the creator events our operations team runs, and turn all of it into short, clear decks that get decisions made. You report to the Head of Gaming and your work goes live in front of an audience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gaming Product: Own the roadmap. Invent original competition concepts, formats, and creator events

  • Creator League: Serve as product lead end to end

  • Executive Communication: Build the decks that go to the Head of Gaming and COO

  • Creator Talent Identification: Decide which creators we build around across our programs

  • Sales Support: Serve as the resource for our sales team on any questions about our gaming products

What You Bring

  • Experience: Five to six years across strategy, product, and creator or content programs

  • Sports, Creators, and Gaming Fluency: Real instinct in at least two of the three and genuine curiosity about the third. You know which gaming creators are trending up, not just which ones are big

  • Original Ideas About Competition: You watch a creator tournament, a game show, or a stunt format and immediately think about what you would have done differently. Bring examples

  • Excellent Decks: Core to the job, not a side skill. You can land a messy problem in three to five slides with a clear story, a point of view, and a recommendation someone can act on

  • End to End Ownership: You have owned something start to finish, including the parts that went wrong

  • Comfort With Ambiguity: You decide with incomplete information and move fast

How This Role Works With the Team

You work alongside a program manager who handles project management, a league operations lead who owns competitive formats and rules, and external partners for creator management and broadcast production. Your job is judgment and ownership.

Salary Range:

$115,000-$140,000
