Job description

About Us
Uscreen is a profitable and fast-growing SaaS company. We're on a mission to revolutionize the way video entrepreneurs and creators monetize their content. Our all-in-one video membership platform helps creators generate revenue through subscriptions, communities, courses, and live-streamed events across web, mobile, and TV apps.
We're building a team that doesn't just support creators, we partner with them to help their businesses thrive. That's where you come in.
What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll be a key driver of Uscreen's growth. This role is built for an experienced seller who knows how to hunt, thrives on building relationships from the ground up, and owns the full sales cycle without being told to.
You'll also be expected to:
Prospecting & Pipeline
  • Source and qualify prospects using outbound strategies: cold email, phone, social, and account mapping. You'll assess "customer readiness" - looking at social presence, audience size, and content quality - to prioritize the right targets.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with founders, CEOs, business managers, and talent agents across creator ecosystems.
  • Manage a healthy mix of inbound and outbound, keeping outbound as the core of your pipeline.

Discovery & Closing
  • Run compelling discovery calls and demos that connect Uscreen's platform to each prospect's specific business model - whether that's churn reduction, subscription growth, live events, or VOD monetization.
  • Handle objections confidently and move deals forward without losing momentum.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly pipeline and closed-won revenue targets.

Collaboration & Operations
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to sharpen messaging and improve outreach quality.
  • Keep your CRM accurate and up to date - activity logs, opportunity stages, and forecasting are habits, not chores.

Who You Are
  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with outbound prospecting at the core of how you work.
  • You have the numbers. A proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and consistently hitting quota - you have the numbers to back it up.
  • You're a skilled cold outreacher. You write prospecting emails people respond to, open calls with ease, and handle objections without breaking stride.
  • You're genuinely interested in the creator economy. Uscreen's buyers are founders building real businesses around their content - if that world excites you, you'll ramp faster and close more.
  • You're a self-starter. You know what needs to get done and you do it - without waiting for someone to light a fire.
  • You communicate well across audiences. You can adjust your approach for a bootstrapped creator or a corporate executive without missing a beat.

Nice to Have
  • Experience selling video platforms, membership software, OTT solutions, or adjacent SaaS.
  • Training in a structured sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDICC, SPIN, or similar).

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation:Uncapped upside for high performers
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits with cost sharing (US employees)
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k) with company match (US employees)
  • Remote-first work
  • Stipends for technology, coworking space, and professional development
