Automotive Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will arrange for the sale of vehicles to create the best vehicle-buying experience for your customers, build long-term business relationships, with the potential to earn uncapped progressive commissions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Procuring new leads.

· Staying connected with the current clients.

· Negotiating & closing vehicle sales.

· Guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process.

· Assisting with the title rebuild and inspection process.

· Assist with the release and delivery.

· Keeping constant communication with the clients to guide them through the transaction.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Required Language(s) and Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Ability to work independently in a high-volume work environment.

· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Salvage Title training will be provided upon hiring.

· Salvage Title experience is preferred.

· Automotive Industry experience is highly preferred.
