About the Role
As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the reliability, performance, and security of our company's technological backbone. You'll lead a skilled team of Network, Security, and Systems Administrators-plus trusted external partners-to design, maintain, and optimize our enterprise infrastructure.

You'll balance strategy and hands-on technical work, turning complex challenges into actionable results.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor the IT Infrastructure team, fostering collaboration, technical growth, and accountability.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure initiatives that improve uptime, security, and user experience.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure, spanning networking, cloud services, and server systems.
  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure best practices, policies, and SOPs to ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of network, cloud, and server systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Implement and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, office expansions, and technology initiatives.
  • Manage and administer Windows servers, Active Directory, and Office 365, leveraging automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovations to enhance system reliability and security.

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms
    • Windows OS, Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, and Azure
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to create SOPs and documentation independently
  • A strong customer-service mindset with a knack for translating tech into results

Benefits & Perks:
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, and Pet Insurance
  • 401(k), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), UHC Rewards, Rally Health, and One Pass Select
  • Paid professional development, leadership training, and relocation opportunities nationwide
