Alerion Jets is seeking qualified Charter Broker to join the Team! As the front line of communication with prospects the ideal Charter Broker has a strong understanding of our product offerings and market conditions; brings energy to sales calls; excels at researching leads and starting new relationships and set up our Sales Advisors for success.


The Charter Broker role requires quick learners with strong communication skills that can compellingly showcase our offerings. In addition, this position requires a great deal of energy and commitment in our South Florida offices.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Company’s offerings. Identifies how our solutions meet the client’s needs.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
  • Source and quotes supplemental lift.
  • Coordinate trip logistics on behalf of the client. Including: trip times, Airport Selection, catering requests, ground transportation requests, and all required trip documentation.
  • Engage with clients over the phone, video chat, and conference calls.
  • Act as a brand leader and serve as an ambassador of the Alerion culture.
  • Utilize Schedaero, cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all prospect details are documented correctly in Schedaero.
  • Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term-trusting relationships with candidates to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Advisors
  • Report to Senior Leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the operation.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Sales experience required, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong desire and ability to grow within the sales organization.
  • Understanding of high-touch customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong computer literacy
