To support Hiab's Key Accounts and strategic customers by ensuring seamless execution of the day-to-day operational aspects of the customer relationship. Serves as a secondary point of contact for assigned key accounts and is responsible for coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the equipment purchase and lifecycle support process. Plays a critical role in managing deliveries, coordinating service activities, maintaining customer data and reporting, and ensuring alignment across Hiab departments to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Works closely with the Key Accounts Team, Services, Operations, Logistics, and Finance Teams to ensure customer commitments are executed accurately and efficiently.

• Serve as the operational support partner to Key Account Executives for assigned strategic accounts
• Coordinate equipment orders, delivery schedules, and logistics with internal teams and external partners
• Work with production, logistics, and order entry teams to resolve delivery or scheduling challenges
• Ensure service requests, maintenance needs, and operational issues are communicated and addressed effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM and internal systems
• Track and report key customer and internal metrics used to measure account performance and operational success
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational workflows that impact the key account customer experience

• Bachelors Degree or comparable experience in Customer Service
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service, sales support, or operations coordination role
• Experience supporting complex customer accounts, sales operations, or logistics processes
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or equipment environment
• Experience with SAP, and Salesforce or similar CRM platform
• Ability to analyze customer data and prepare clear reports and presentations
• Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external partners
