Job Description

As a Security Officer Global Security Operations Center in LONE TREE, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service and communication. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, delivers through teamwork, and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a professional, welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
