    Chase Labor Solutions is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) and workforce solutions provider serving warehouses, manufacturers, distribution centers, and logistics operations throughout the Southeast. We specialize in dependable staffing solutions, including warehouse associates, forklift operators, container unloading crews, general labor, clerical support, and customized workforce programs.

    As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses solve workforce challenges.

    ## Position Summary

    Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, building lasting business relationships, and creating opportunities from the ground up?

    We're seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with **3 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience**. The ideal candidate is confident networking with business leaders, developing new client relationships, and representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

    ## Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
  • Build relationships with warehouse managers, operations leaders, HR professionals, and business decisionmakers.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
  • Conduct client meetings and present customized staffing and logistics solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
  • Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently pursue new growth opportunities.
  • Represent Chase Labor Solutions professionally throughout the Atlanta business community.

    • ## Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B business development or outside sales experience
  • Experience in staffing, logistics, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, or another business services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build longterm client relationships.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia surrounding area.
