Emotional Restoration Counseling Services is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is eager to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families in Oregon. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, employing telehealth technologies to deliver therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or designated workspace. You will work within a supportive team structure while utilizing advanced digital tools to provide effective care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess patientsโ€™ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidenced-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Optionally, facilitate group, couples, or family therapy sessions to foster relational healing and support within different family dynamics.
  • Maintain comprehensive medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other team members to address the holistic needs of patients, including their physical and psychosocial wellbeing.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on individuals facing challenges with attention and executive functioning, alongside various mental health conditions such as anxiety, trauma, and depression. You will work closely with adolescents and adults, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. This role offers an opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, providing a safe and supportive space for healing.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active Oregon LPC license with at least 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services.
  • Demonstrated competence in providing direct care to individuals and families within a therapeutic setting.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills capable of conveying empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with health psychology and an understanding of how mental and physical health intersect.
  • Prior experience working in a telehealth setting is a plus, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices.
