The Project Manager - Financial is responsible for coordinating and managing information technology operational and project activities across The Brooklyn Hospital Center and affiliated ambulatory sites. The position serves as a liaison between Information Technology, Clinical Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Executive Leadership to ensure the successful delivery of technology initiatives, operational support services, and financial management activities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare Information Technology experience may be considered. Health Information experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare information technology, project management, finance, accounting, revenue cycle operations, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience supporting clinical, operational, financial, and technology initiatives preferred.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, invoice management, purchase orders, vendor management, or capital planning preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare information systems, enterprise applications, or operational support environments preferred.
- Experience in a hospital, ambulatory care, or healthcare setting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems, clinical workflows, and financial systems.
- Understanding of budgeting processes, financial reporting, purchasing procedures, and contract administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Lawson, Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise systems preferred.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
