Leadership Roles at Chick-fil-A North Collins Street (Arlington, TX) & Eastchase Parkway (Ft. Worth, TX)

Location: Chick-fil-A North Collins Street, Arlington, Texas& Chick-fil-A Eastchase Parkway, Ft. Worth, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

$20-$28 per hour, based on experience and leadership level, approximately $50k-$70k annually based on a 45-hour workweek, including overtime. Compensation is determined by experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and final role placement within our leadership structure. Candidates with stronger operational or leadership backgrounds may be considered for higher-level placement within this range. Salary is negotiable.

Your Role

As a leader on our team, you will:

Lead with Impact - Build trust, set high standards, and inspire excellence.

Develop Others - Coach and mentor team members while creating a culture of accountability and growth.

Drive Operational Excellence - Ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.

Own Results - Review operational reports, identify trends, and implement improvements.

Model Excellence - Work alongside the team in both Guest Services and Kitchen Operations.

Expand Your Scope - Gain exposure to Catering, Drive-Thru, Hospitality, Marketing, Community Engagement, and operational strategy.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant experience preferred but not required)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset with a desire to develop others
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Basic technology proficiency (Microsoft Office and digital tools)
  • Authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 required)
  • Available to work within operating hours (5 a.m.-11 p.m.)
  • Saturday availability required, including closing shifts
  • Flexible during 4-6 week structured training period
  • Willing to provide references and complete background screening, if required
Professional Appearance Standards
  • Up to three plain stud earrings per ear; one plain nose stud permitted
  • Hair neat, pulled back; natural colors only
  • Facial hair trimmed (maximum inch)
  • Nails short (not past fingertips); no acrylic or press-on nails
  • One solid nail color only
  • Tattoos not visible on face, neck, or behind ears; visible tattoos must not be offensive
  • False eyelashes permitted at Operator discretion
