As Director of Global Compensation & Executive Rewards, you will oversee multiple reward functions and shape our global compensation philosophy. You will lead senior professionals, guide executive remuneration strategy, and present high-stakes materials directly to the board of directors. This role requires exceptional strategic focus, financial rigor, and the confidence to turn complex market shifts into clear business strategy.
What you'll do
  • Lead the Global Compensation and Executive Rewards Center of Excellence to scale competitive pay structures.
  • Govern the end-to-end lifecycle of global equity programs and executive long-term incentives.
  • Guide the strategic narrative and technical preparation of the annual Proxy Statement for the board of directors.
  • Act as an internal consultant to senior executives, Finance, and Legal teams to translate global regulatory, tax, and legal requirements into actionable business strategies.
  • Use generative AI and automation tools to streamline continuous market analysis and improve pay-equity reporting quality.
  • Mentor and elevate a team of compensation professionals to foster a culture of high performance and precision across the organization.

What you'll bring
  • Minimum 12+ years of progressive HR/Total Rewards experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated leadership role managing global compensation programs, and 8+ years specifically focused on executive compensation, equity administration, and global program governance.
  • Proven experience managing functional teams through subordinate leaders to drive enterprise goals and business unit performance.
  • Expert capability in financial modeling and data presentation to synthesize complex benchmarks into clear narratives for the C-suite.
  • Demonstrated success leading full-scale global project lifecycles from design through to rigorous change management and execution.
  • Practical experience using analytics tools and automation to optimize compensation modeling precision and eliminate manual reporting effort.
  • Relevant industry experience in travel technology or SaaS environments managing multi-variable global compensation scenarios.
