Our breakthrough technology transforms air conditioning into a powerful tool for sustainability, energy resilience, and human comfort — exactly when the world needs it most. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a well-funded, emerging growth stage company.

• Set parameters for speed control, ramp times, PID loops, fault handling, and energy optimization
• Calibrate HVAC control devices including temperature, pressure, flow, and humidity sensors
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and communication issues (RS485, BACnet, Modbus – if applicable)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and sequences of operation
• Support startup and commissioning activities for new and retrofit HVAC systems
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local electrical codes, OSHA safety standards, and project specifications
• Document testing results, calibration data, and programming changes
Required Qualifications, Education, and Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience with HVAC electrical controls and VFDs in the industrial set up and working in the wiring harnesses and control panel assembly in the factory.
• Strong understanding of control panels, relays, contactors, I/O, and low-voltage systems
• Hands-on experience with VFD brands such as Copeland, ABB, Danfoss, Siemens, Schneider, Yaskawa, or Allen-Bradley
• Ability to perform point-to-point testing and system verification independently
• Proficient with electrical test instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, laptop/software tools)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Able to work independently in the factory and coordinate with engineers/project managers
